Using his unique combination of trial experience and internet knowledge Mr. Champion now devotes his practice to preparing proper website Privacy Policies, Terms of Use, Disclaimers, and Contracts for website owners which minimize the risks of civil or criminal legal action.

Why he is different:

In 2003, his son, an innovative and successful internet marketer, was wrongly sued in New York and Seattle for the same occurrence. Both suits were eventually dismissed because there was no merit to the cases. However, the business his son loved and built from scratch to millions of dollars in billings was ruined as the suit dragged on.

Mr. Champion  saw the need to limit the many risks presented by the legal system to website owners. This is a litigious society with many consumers and businesses looking for a legal windfall to offset the bad decisions they make. Unscrupulous lawyers and government agencies search the web for violations which can trigger penalties. Significant civil and criminal penalties are set by the many federal and state laws governing the internet. Entrepreneurs need knowledgeable guidance to avoid these many unseen pitfalls, any one of which can devastate a business.

With his unique combination of extensive trial experience and knowledge of the internet legal pitfalls, Mr. Champion can provide this specialized part of the internet business world the needed protections against baseless civil suits, government regulatory actions, and criminal charges which can ruin a business, and a life.
